In This Role, You Will
Work under our Director of Operations to execute various company initiatives and projects
Manage technical and support teams to deliver both quality and timely work
Help coordinate the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
Assist in improving existing project management policies and processes
Help ensure that projects meet company standards, budgets, and deadlines
What You Bring to the Table
2+ years' Project Coordinator/Project Assistant experience
Background in project development and process improvement required
With excellent communication and organization skills
Experience in small to midsize company preferred
Can work independently as well as in a team
Comfortable wearing many hats
