JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be working for inhouse development team and will be responsible for delivering projects in accordance to our clients requirements. The applciations to be developed ranges from simple websites, PPC landing pages to business applications including Business Portals, CRM, Lead Management System etc.
SHIFT TIMINGS: India Afternoon Shift (2 pm – 11 pm India Time)
WORK LOCATION: Permanent Work From Home
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with client's business users to gather requirements.
- Responsible for handling projects independently as well as collaboratively.
- Should be capable of handling multiple PHP projects.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare scope of work and time frame accordingly.
- Ability to motivate teammates.
- Mentor and lead a team of junior developers.
- Provide technical guidance to development team members.
- Assign tasks to developers.
SKILL REQUIRED:
- 5+ Years of Core PHP and Laravel Framework.
- Shoudl have good experience in Php, Laravel, Code igniter, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, HTML, CSS.
- Should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
