Our company is looking for a motivated Client Services / Account Executive to join our growing team!
In This Role, You Will
Build relationships with current and potential clients
Communicate regularly with clients via e-mail and zoom to address their needs
Address client concerns through in-depth call synopsis with clients.
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Update tasks in CRM for the technical team to follow up on.
What You Bring to the Table
2-4 years’ experience working in a B2B client services or account executive role, preferably in Marketing.
Experience in small to midsize company preferred
With excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Independent and self-motivated who can work with little supervision
Comfortable wearing many hats
