About the Job 

Our company is looking for a motivated Client Services / Account Executive to join our growing team!  
 

In This Role, You Will 

  • Build relationships with current and potential clients 

  • Communicate regularly with clients via e-mail and zoom to address their needs 

  • Address client concerns through in-depth call synopsis with clients. 

  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate 

  • Update tasks in CRM for the technical team to follow up on.  

What You Bring to the Table 

  • 2-4 years’ experience working in a B2B client services or account executive role, preferably in Marketing.  

  • Experience in small to midsize company preferred 

  • With excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

  • Independent and self-motivated who can work with little supervision  

  • Comfortable wearing many hats
