About the Job 

Our company is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team! 
 

In This Role, You Will 

  • Manage our e-mail and lead generation back-office team  

  • Reach out to potential marketing clients, mostly law firms, to establish growth relationships  

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and other sources of leads 

  • Contact potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calls and emails 

  • Be able to understand our core service offerings in both marketing and staffing  

  • Introduce potential clients to our operations team and assist in closing the deal

What You Bring to the Table 

  • 2-4 years’ experience working in a B2B client services or account executive role, preferably in Marketing  

  • Experience in small to midsize company preferred 

  • With excellent communication and negotiation skills 

  • Independent and self-motivated who can work with little supervision  

  • Comfortable wearing many hats
